FREE GROUPS, EVERY TUESDAY
ADDICTION DOES NOT AFFECT ONE PERSON ALONE
At Still Here we run weekly free, confidential peer to peer support groups for families and friends affected by someone else's addiction.
Our Vision
A future where every family affected by addiction has access to understanding, connection, and support, so no one has to navigate the journey alone.
Our Mission
To provide compassionate, accessible peer support for families, friends and loved ones affected by someone else’s addiction, helping people find hope, regain confidence, and reconnect with themselves whilst navigating one of life’s most difficult journeys.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME.

You are not alone.
MYTH BUSTING
Do I need to come every week?
No - Come when you need support. You do not have to be in crisis either.
Do I have to wait until my loved one gets help before I can get support?
No - You deserve support now. Families matter too and you are not alone.
What if walking through the door is the hardest part?
It may seem that way, but at Still Here you do not have to explain anything. You can share what feels comfortable or just sit and listen, without judgement. One small step can change everything.
Why can't love win and be enough?
You can love someone, support them, encourage them, forgive them and keep hoping - but your love cannot make choices for them. That does not mean your love has failed.
WHAT DO GROUP MEMBERS SAY?
Confidential testimonials
“I found a great sense of peace knowing I was not alone and my feelings were very similar to others, even if the situations were different.
It gave me back some love for myself and the understanding that loving someone does not have to mean stripping away who you are as a person.”

“Hearing other people’s stories helped me feel normal and less alone. I could share things I would not normally talk about and know that I would not be judged.”
Still Here group member
“I found the group very comforting and a safe place to share thoughts and also hear how others have faced far worse and still surviving.
I would like to thank you and the group for the support that I received.”
